Our Extended-Care Rehab program (also known as "skilled nursing" or "swing bed") provides comprehensive rehabilitation services for patients who no longer need acute hospital care but aren't quite ready to return home. This transitional care plays a crucial role in helping patients, like Sandy Higginbotham, regain strength, mobility and confidence.

Higginbotham stayed in our Extended-Care Rehab program for a month.
