Rapid Care

You wake up with a sore throat or you take a dive off your back porch—you know you need to get into the doctor, but your primary care provider is booked solid for two weeks. That sore throat or wrenched back definitely needs medical attention soon but is nowhere near needing emergency-room level of care (or expense). What do you do? Arbor Health—Rapid Care Clinic is the answer.

Rapid Care does not require appointments

Based in the Morton Clinic building, this walk-in service functions similar to an urgent care clinic in that we serve walk-in patients, first come-first serve. However, we are licensed as a primary care clinic rather than an urgent care. This means that you may receive a bill for services if we are not your assigned primary care physician or we are out of network with your insurance.

This quick, convenient service is for patients who are dealing with a non-life-threatening medical conditions, which don’t require the immediate life-saving emergency care provided by our Emergency Department.

No appointment is needed to be seen by a Rapid Care provider.
