Back to Summer 2025Arbor Health Community Wellness: Helping You Live a Healthier Life
Edwin Meelhuysen,
PT, COMT It's estimated that about half of all Americans live with at least one chronic disease, such as heart disease, cancer, pulmonary conditions, diabetes, depression, anxiety and stroke. At Arbor Health, we want to help the people in our community live better lives by focusing on prevention and wellness.
Making healthy lifestyle choices can help prevent or improve many of these chronic conditions. But we understand that some of those changes can be very difficult to make. Our goal here at Arbor Health's Community Wellness Department is to try to find simple and easy ways to help you along that journey.
