Lieb to serve as interim CEO

MORTON, Wash. –Arbor Health, the East Lewis County-based health system, has a new leader at the helm. Mike Lieb, of Dallas, Texas, joined the administration last week on an interim basis. He is filling the position vacated by Leianne Everett after serving Lewis County Hospital District No. 1, the parent organization of Arbor Health, for seven years.

Lieb comes to Arbor Health with more than 25 years of experience in providing operational and organizational leadership to healthcare organizations. He has served as a chief executive officer (CEO) in health systems of all types—large community hospitals, public hospital districts, critical access hospitals and has held senior leadership positions in large academic group practices.

Lieb holds a Master's Degree in Healthcare Administration from Trinity University in San Antonio, Texas and a Bachelor's Degree in Marine Biology from Rice University in Houston, Texas. He is a Fellow in the American College of Healthcare Executives and a member of the Medical Group Management Association.

Arbor Health is the parent organization of Morton Hospital, the Rapid Care Clinic in Morton and primary care clinics in Morton, Mossyrock, and Randle.
