Unless you are assured of who you are talking to, do not give out your personal or financial information. Protect yourself from credit-card scammers—they are even known to imitate healthcare organizations.
If you haven’t received a billing statement from your doctor’s office or hospital, don’t fall for someone asking you to pay a bill. If you are unsure, call your doctor’s office of hospital to verify before giving out your credit card or bank account numbers. You can verify your bill with any Arbor Health facility by calling 360-496-3707. Remember, our patient portal is always secure.
