Arbor Health offers Free Tobacco Cessation Class

RANDLE, Wash. – Arbor Health, Randle Clinic is offering a free tobacco cessation class, September 19, 6-7 p.m.
Respiratory therapist Colleen Smith, who will lead the class, reminds us that “Every cigarette you smoke takes 14 minutes away from your life. And while smokeless tobacco is less lethal, it’s a far cry from being safe.”
