Selection Criteria

  1. Arbor Health Director, Manager or Supervisor that demonstrates a strong commitment to the Mission, Vision and Core Values of Arbor Health and leads by example acting as a role model for others to follow in the workplace and our community.

  5. Demonstrates clear and concise communication skills guided by compassion and empathy.
  6. Demonstrates systems thinking by effectively managing change through partnership, collaboration, and positive communication.
  7. Empowers, challenges, and inspires staff to reach their highest potential and motivates others through practice and values.
  8. Effectively leads to achieve results that align with the Mission and Vision of Arbor Health in a fiscally responsible manner.
  9. Gives back to our community or profession through time talent and/or resources.
  10. Acts as a strong advocate for the people we serve, our staff, programs and/or services.
