Selection Criteria
- Arbor Health Director, Manager or Supervisor that demonstrates a strong commitment to the Mission, Vision and Core Values of Arbor Health and leads by example acting as a role model for others to follow in the workplace and our community.
- Possesses the qualities of a leader that are demonstrated through one or all of the following:

- Demonstrates clear and concise communication skills guided by compassion and empathy.
- Demonstrates systems thinking by effectively managing change through partnership, collaboration, and positive communication.
- Empowers, challenges, and inspires staff to reach their highest potential and motivates others through practice and values.
- Effectively leads to achieve results that align with the Mission and Vision of Arbor Health in a fiscally responsible manner.
- Gives back to our community or profession through time talent and/or resources.
- Acts as a strong advocate for the people we serve, our staff, programs and/or services.
