Outstanding Direct Patient Care Service Excellence Award
Recognizes an employee who provides direct patient care, exceeds standards, and works effectively to ensure the optimal patient experience and uncompromising service. Recipient selected by the Leadership Team with input from the nominee's manager. Awarded monthly; deadline is last day of the month. (Arbor Health Directors, Managers and Supervisors and employees who do not provide direct patient care are not eligible for this award.)

Outstanding Non-Direct Patient Care Service Excellence Award
Recognizes an employee who does not provide direct patient care, has consistently achieved exemplary performance within their department and has excelled in supporting the programs and services of Arbor Health. Recipient selected by the Leadership Team with input from the nominee's manager. Awarded monthly; deadline is last day of the month. (Arbor Health Directors, Managers, Supervisors, and employees who do provide direct patient care are not eligible for this award.)

Outstanding Leadership Award
Recognizes a director, manager or supervisor who inspires, influences, and conducts themselves in a professional manner, acting as a role model for others to follow in the workplace and our community. Recipient selected by the CEO. Awarded quarterly; deadline is last day of the month.

Service Award Recognition
Arbor Health has a long-running tradition of recognizing and honoring employees who have reached service milestones. Awards are presented to employees in recognition for years of service beginning at five years and continuing with every five-year increment until retirement. A quarterly facility-sponsored luncheon is held in their honor. In addition to the milestone recognition program, each employee will receive a small token of appreciation annually to recognize the completion of each service year.
Retirement Recognition
Arbor Health recognizes and honors employees who retire from employment beginning after five years of service with a facility-sponsored celebration that all employees are invited to attend.
Annual Healthcare Week Recognition
All employees will be recognized with a facility-sponsored Arbor Health logo item along with activities, food and drink.
